At Paradise Arcade Shop, we want to ensure your arcade builds and repairs are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most electronic components and hardware. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number and the specific parts you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the items in their original anti-static bags or protective foam to prevent damage to sensitive PCBs and components during transit.

Ship the Item

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
